At Abdulaziz Al-Saif Perfume House, we believe in varying tastes, which is why we offer a quick and easy return policy.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

• Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 365 days from the date of purchase.
• An invoice must be provided.
• No more than 5% of the perfume"s quantity should be used.

• For purchases made through installment services (Tabby and Tamara), refunds will be processed through the respective service providers.
• Perfume oils and skin-contact products that have been opened or had their safety seals removed cannot be exchanged or returned to ensure public health and safety.
• Gift boxes and packaging cannot be exchanged or returned.

For returns or exchanges from the online store:

• Contact your account manager [here] or through any of our social media platforms.
• Explain the reason for your return to your account manager, and the full price of the perfume will be refunded, excluding delivery fees.
• Attach a picture of the order number and a photo of the perfume.
• For exchange requests, the product will be collected from the customer within 1 to 3 business days inside Riyadh and 3 to 7 business days outside Riyadh. Once the exchanged product is confirmed, a new shipping label will be issued to send the replacement product.
